Also includes letters between Henriques and his son Peter and others. Focus is chiefly on the company business, but also contains considerable personal news and emphasis on Jewish affairs. Topics include Brazilian news and politics, Arab refugees, Peron's downfall, discovery of oil in Israel between Gaza and Beersheba in 1955, the death of prominent Jews, meetings with Louis Golding, Neville Laski, James Rothschild and Lord Samuel, among others.
